Hei Olafur! Eg sender deg dei beste ynskjer for det nye året 2011. Eg besøkte deg sommaren 2010 saman med familie på Island. Det gjorde stort intrykk å sjå vulkanens herjingar med garden. Det er ikkje tvil om at du må vere ein svært innovativ bonde som har bygd opp alt dette og med svært variert drift.. Takk for din store gjestfrihet og at du tok deg tid til ei solid omvisning på garden. Håper at 2011 går over til normalen igjen og at du og familen har både kraft og energi til å framhalde gardsdrifta. Lykke til!

We will visit Iceland for two weeks in August. Your photos are wonderful. They give us a very good idea of what we might see. We are very excited about our upcoming visit. If you are near the Ring Road we may see your farm.

I Visited during the Week of May 1st, 2010. But due to the Volcano, I was not able to get out to the Farm's like I wanted to. My friend and I passed your farm two weeks ago and we were deeply moved by the effects of the volcano in that region. We wish you and your family alle the best and to get over it soon.
